Hi! I’m Esther and I run a fractional marketing team that learns your brand deeply, executes reliably, and makes marketing something you genuinely stop worrying about.

After 15+ years across agencies, in-house teams, and consulting, I realised the gap wasn't effort. It was that great service businesses deserved a proper marketing function, not another freelancer or agency to manage.

So I built Ampfluent for exactly that.
